Very nice posts, here Alfor. The Maykapar Variations were especially worth warming up the printer for and is great fun to play.

Potpourri:

Posted as an example of the piano style of this hardly known austrian composer
(mildly contemporary style, like Salmhofer, W. Bloch, Schiske a.o. fellow austrian composers):
Hans BAUERNFEIND
Sonatine
Bauernfeind Sonatine.pdf
Jean Jules Aimable ROGER-DUCASSE
Quatre Etudes (still more of the old school - Saint-Saens, d'Indy)
Roger-Ducasse 4 Etudes.pdf
Yes, IMSLP have a good scan - I forgot to check!

Agathe Backer-GRØNDAHL
Pieces romantiques op. 59 Livres II & III
Backer-Grondahl op.59 3-6.pdf

Nice selection of pieces today, Alfor. The Roger-Ducasse etudes sound more contemporary to my jaded old ears than the Baurenfeind, but those etudes are great fun and in a harmonic language dear to my heart. The Backer-GRØNDAHL are a lushly romantic interlude. Thanks for a brilliant Sunday morning, Alfor.

Thanks a lot for those amazing pieces Alfor. And by the way, there was a big bunch of new pieces by Backer-Grondahl uploaded today to imslp.
