Very nice posts, here Alfor. The Maykapar Variations were especially worth warming up the printer for and is great fun to play.

Posted as an example of the piano style of this hardly known austrian composer
(mildly contemporary style, like Salmhofer, W. Bloch, Schiske a.o. fellow austrian composers):

Nice selection of pieces today, Alfor. The Roger-Ducasse etudes sound more contemporary to my jaded old ears than the Baurenfeind, but those etudes are great fun and in a harmonic language dear to my heart.
