I know there is a French term (something like jeu pearl --- pardon me for not speaking French) that describe that pearl like quality of passage works.....
For years, I am deluded that such voicing is impossible to teach..... indeed, I firmly believed that it is detrimental to try to change a student voicing-characteristics.... these are unique to each individual, impossible to change, mysterious since it is not just the hand shape and hand weight,
But I am also increasingly uncomfortable..... as a teacher, I must be able to guide them in some ways.....
Can some expert please suggest how should I approach such a problem???
How to teach --- Pearl like playing??
