How about Alkan's 'Alleluia', Op. 25 - for piano?

Also, the same composer's Laus Deo, the postscript (number 49) to his 48 Esquisses, Op. 63... a really interesting piece and I would say unusual for its time in some of the harmonic language used.4candles wrote:How about Alkan's 'Alleluia', Op. 25 - for piano?

Re: Music that praises God
Where might one find a score for this Alkan Laus Deo? I always thought of the "En Songe" as the end of the Esquisses; it seems to have such a monumental ending for such a tiny, quiet piece.
