I think this collection, courtesy of Sibley, fits into this category quite well.

Re: Parlour music
I second that. I downloaded this book. It has some interesting pieces in it (two of which I was inspired to print and play for my YT channel) and - although one has to beware of typos - the compression of the music to avoid page turns is quite admirable.fredbucket wrote:I think this collection, courtesy of Sibley, fits into this category quite well.

Re: Parlour music
would you know where to find more of Espen's music, specifically his Op. 33? According to IMSLP, this was also a pen name for Ganschals.Riodk wrote:Along with a couple of pieces by Theodor Espen also German.Riodk

Re: Parlour music
From BNE:
I'll try the op. 33 - "Skælmske Øjne" via interlibrary loan. But it might not be available for loan !
