Azeri-Armenian (Sayat Nova, Komitas, Mustafazade)
Hi, I’m looking for these Azeri and Armenian composers. I already went through existing posts (Caucasus) from pianophilia, as a result have been enjoying playing Babadjanian, Amirov and Quliyev. But these following things are still missing, and I am even willing to pay if they are found in music shops:
My search words:
Sayat Nova arranged by Sargsyan, or Saradjian, Andriasyan
Komitas arranged by either of these 3 same arrangers
Vagif Mustafazade (sometimes h at the end of spelling) transcriptions.
Саят Нова, Саргсян, Сараджян, Андриасян,
Мустафазаде search was also not found successful.
These songs can be listened to on youtube:
In the meantime, these are the only two Komitas-Andriasyan song scores I could find:
[MOD: Merged into existing Caucasus topic. Changed attachments to "inline" for searchability.]

Musescore: https://musescore.com/sheetmusic?text=mustafazade
PianoKafe: https://pianokafe.com/artist/vagif-mustafazade/music/
You'll also find Andriasyan arrangements of Komitas on Musescore e.g. https://musescore.com/user/7154186/scores/6589731
The -y- in his name is also transliterated with -e- and -i- so sites requiring very literal searches require some work, shades of Baba-----an!

I have cleaned up a number of volumes of Machavariani to remove yellowed pages and decrease page size. Thank you once again to Malc for sourcing the originals!mballan wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2024 9:00 am From Georgian National Library.
