Re: Toccatas
Toccata (The Train) by Iris de CAIROS-REGO (1894-1987), daughter of George, and sister of Rex, also composers.
It's from 1936, so I'll just post the link to the National Library of Australia download:
https://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/774 ... et=2&max=2
Listen: https://musescore.com/user/4151271/scores/8202338

Re: Toccatas
Dear Ferruccio,
yes it is downloadable, all you have to do is first click on the link in the posting by bingo. That will open the page at the NLA, close to the top of all the official details of the library holding is a link to the online version, click on that which brings you to the online version and you can see the score in front of you. Now to download the file there are a series of symbols on the left and if you place your mouse over them you will soon see the word download (it is the third or fourth symbol from the top), click on that symbol and hey presto the file downloads. Hope this helps.
regards
Brian

Re: Toccatas
George wrote a very popular piece called La Cascades, which for many years was a staple for students here in Sydney, at least. You may include me in that lot
I think it’s in the NLA as well.
Regards
Fred

Re: Toccatas
I didn't want to directly attach it due to the copyright issue, the Cairos-Regos all being very long-lived. Even her father George is only just past the 70 years.
