I have been re-setting the pieces in the volume of Tangos arranged/transcribed by Artur Polonsky and encountered the piece Moonlight Rhapsody by the Latvian composer

who I discovered had quite the career as the "Tango King", writing nearly 50 of them, amongst his 300+ works. His recordings circulated globally and his dance band toured extensively. The first three pieces in the Dance Music volume above - despite Google Translate's mangling - are all Strok's works.

It's likely that Artur Polonsky arranged all three of these, although there is no attribution on this volume.

Where possible, I have located the source songs of some of Polonsky's tango arrangements so they can be tied to lyricists and lyrics.

Anyone know the name of this piece and, if so, can you post the score? Maybe it's by Zez Confrey, Kapustin, one of the early stride pianists, or Bolcom but those are just guesses!

I found out it's the last minute of Kapustin's Etude Op.40 No.7.
