This has been published back in 1991 by Furore Edition, Kassel. Not sure if it is still available in print.musiclife217 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 30, 2021 5:17 amI do like to typset scores - let me know if anyone is already doing this.FW190 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 6:29 amHere is a pdf of the autograph. There's a score video for Op.19/4 Forget-me-nots:
The Croatian Music Centre links supplied in an earlier post are dead. It looks like they have created a new domain www.hgc.hr that has no sheet music resources.
Some Croatian book scores carry other scores: https://www.knjizara-dominovic.hr/proiz ... =pejacevic

Thank you for this. It does have the score for the piece in the video above: Život cvijeća op. 17, Potočnica (the opus number on the site is incorrect)Jean-Séb wrote: ↑Tue Aug 17, 2021 6:30 pm Some of the previously available scores can still be retrieved

Re: Women Composers
Dora wrote some beautiful music in her short life; Blumenleben is probably my favorite, especially Red Carnations (No.6), with Rose (No.5) being a close second.
I remember Thal mentioning that he loved her Phantasie Concertante Op.48.
For those not familiar with her chamber works, her Sonata Op.26 in D for Violin and Piano is terrifically Romantic with a good helping of modern harmonies and progressions:

If the link is not available in your country, you can download the wonderful 1st movement here:

Click on the 9.2 MB [wma] link marked Allegro, just below the black and white picture of her with the violin.
Blumenleben reminds me a lot of Joachim Raff's wonderful Blätter und Blüten Op.135a, which has a magnificent "Forget-Me-Not". The middle section is stunningly beautiful:

No score, unfortunately.

I have the sheet music for "Dora Pejačević - Red Carnations". This file was collected from the internet, and I edited it to make it a bit better.

Piano music of Fanny Mendelssohn
Dear all,
I'm very interested to know more about Fanny Mendelssohn's piano works, life and bio.
Particularly I'm looking for the G minor nocturne sheet music, can't find it online.
Maybe it's been published on this website, but can't see it.
Thank you.
