Am I missing something or are the IMSLP versions deficient in some way? Are you seeking full score, two piano or solo piano versions

AFAICT not on IMSLP

Hal Leonard has an edition but I figure there must be a public domain version.

K Anh.137 -> these variations on K.581

This piece from Cosand is an arrangement of the Clarinet Quintet's 4th movement - an Allegretto Air and Variations.
The Hal Leonard publication appears to be this as well.

On IMSLP it is available in piano arrangements by "Lewis" von Beethoven, and others.

According to Aubyn Raymar, who wrote the preface to the Associated Board's score Mozart Miscellaneous Pieces for the Pianoforte, the Variations in A are an arrangement, with a few modifications for the pianoforte, of the Allegretto con Variazione, which form the Finale of the Clarinet Quintet, composed in September 1789.

According to the appendix of Köchel's Chronological Thematic Catalogue of the Works of W.A.Mozart, the work was first published by J.André in Offenbach in 1803 as Op.108.

It's interesting to compare this stand-alone work with Paul Wagner's piano arrangement of the entire Quintet. There are significant differences, for example, in the A minor Variation (Var.3), Wagner has the left hand playing the clarinet part in the first 4 bars, whereas the other version has it played right-handed. The latter then continues with 12 bars of semi-quaver octave leaps in the right hand with fairly boring chords in the left hand, whereas the former does not suddenly thrust us into all this stuff but continues with material entirely consistent with the music of the first 4 bars. Imo, the Wagner version of the music is far closer to Mozart's original Quintet than the stand-alone work and is no less pianistic, and is therefore decidedly superior - even if the other one was arranged by that guy Lewis Whatshisname!
