You make me discover this composer. I note that IMSLP exhibits also a number of his manuscript scores.

Three Irish Sketches by John Prindle Scott. From the internet archive, converted to B&W. Started life as two in 1916: a third was added in 1917. I don't see any more listed in Worldcat.

One of the few published works of Arne Oldberg, his op.26 Legend for Piano
Anybody has seen a complete set of the 3 miniatures Op.27 or his Arabesque ? Cheers,
Tony

a monochrome version is here.
Regarding op.27, no sorry, I could only find No.3 Carillon so far, which I guess you have already.
In addition to some Huerter works from Etude magazine here an album scanned by Hathi trust.
Charles Huerter (1885 - 1974) 1. Mélodie
2. Forget-me-not
3. Intermezzo
4. Trianon
5. To a colleen
6. Yesterdays

Does anyone have any piano scores and recordings of Harvey Worthington Loomis? I'm familiar with the Lyrics of the Red Man Op.76 and was searching about his other works.

Here's his Star Rays.
LOC has a solo piano transcription of his Intermezzo from The Tragedy of Death if you're interested:
