A new composer to me from Azerbaijan: Mikhail Georgievich Karpychev. Born 1952, Baku. Azerbaijan composer, pianist, poet and teacher.
Studied at the Aerbaijan Conservatoire, graduating in 1975. Has worked at the Novosibirsk Conservatoire since 1990, Dr. of Art History in 1996, professor from 2001. Piano works include:
Choral Prelude in B minor (2010)
Rondo in C minor (2013)
Concert Fantasy on the themes of Andersson and Ulvaeus (2013)
Fairy tale in Bb major (2014)
Siciliana in A minor (2014)
‘La Melodia’ Italian Impromptu in E Minor (2015)
Obsession (2015)
In imitation of Ziloti (2015)
Viennese Scherzo (2016)
Morning in Madrid (2017)
Fanfare, Gigue & Romance (2017)

Vakhtang Chulukhadze. Born 1945, Tbilisi : died 1985. Georgian composer and teacher.
Graduated from Tbilisi State Conservatoire in 1974.
From 1975-1982, he was the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the State Folk Ensemble of Georgia; from 1982-1983, Chief Conductor of Folklore Collections of Sthe tate Philharmonic of Georgia and since 1983 as Director of Tbilisi 18th Music School.

From the Georgian music site: Givi Tsitsishvili. Born 1926, Tbilisi : died 1988, same. Georgian teacher and composer. Graduated from Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory in 1952. From 1957, he taught theoretical subjects at Tbilisi I Music School.
Two Piano works by Tsitsishvili - the Ballade is quite a substantial work. And further works also in the Chamber thread (Flute Sonata, Impromptu for Violins & Cello [string quartet] and three pieces for violin & piano).
