Raoul Pugno was French, not Italian.
Anyway, Valse lente was already shared i this thread, Farandole was about to be shared by Musiclife. Pulcinelle was not.

Farandole is a typical dancing tune from Provence (south of France) and you are right it is not that far from the Italian Saltarella.

One famous orchestral farandole is in l'Arlésienne, by Bizet.
Another one is in Mireille, by Gounod :
