It is not precisely an echo; felicidades means congratulations and bienvenido = welcome .

a solo piano piece called "When You Make Love To Me (Don't Make Believe)", under the name Jim Hoyl, actually by Jascha Heifetz

Unfortunately I don't have the sheet music. I read somewhere that Heifetz expected his violin students to play the piano so they could accompany each other during class.
