It is one of the Zwei Stücke für Violoncello und Klavier published by Breitkopf & Härtel in 1994. If out of print and unavailable for sale, there are over 100 libraries that hold a copy.

Re: Music for Cello & Piano
Good morning!
I am looking for a couple of cello and piano pieces by Tigran Mansurian.
They are:
Allegro Barbaro (1964) and
Testament.
If anyone has any leads, I'd be very grateful.

Does anyone have the Moscheles Op. 137a cello part of the WTC counterpoint studies? I know that the 137b 2nd piano part is available on IMSLP, but I have not seen the cello part and am looking for it for a cello/piano recital. Thanks in advance.

Does anybody have the Latif-Zade and/or 'Children's Works' scans that were shared on this page before the links expired? I'm mostly interested in the Litinsky piece. Thanks.

Re: Music for Cello & Piano
Here's a cello concerto (in piano reduction) by another very prolific Soviet-era composer who I've otherwise not heard of before. Other works include twelve operas, fifteen symphonies, and nine quartets (seven of which were composed in the last few years of the composer's life). Details can be found at:

Andrei Filippovich PASHCHENKO

Two folk-inspired Soviet cello/piano works bundled in one volume. Alfor has shared piano pieces by both of these composers. The volume of 'selected piano works' by Sabitov includes a picture and biographical details (in Russian).
Vladimir Georgyevich FERE (Russia, then Kyrgyzstan)
Pieces (3) on Kyrgyz themes, for cello and piano; 1. Poem, 2. Dance, 3. Komuz
Nariman Gilyazevich SABITOV (Bashkortostan)
Naigrush, for cello and piano
