Sibley has just uploaded a scan of the 1838 Schott edition of Henri Herz' Méthode Complète de Piano, Op100. It is a large (~150mb) download.

Jim, thanks for posting the Hertz 'Method'......while not as useful compared to more modern 'methods', it historically very interesting to see where things were in 1838. Very interesting indeed!
