Two volumes of organ music by Joseph Marx have recently been published by Universal Edition.
This seems to be the first time any of this music has been published, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

There's a chance that both volumes will be recorded before too long, but we'll have to see! Based on all the music of his I've heard, I certainly hope this comes to fruition!
