Thank you for these pieces, not too well-known.

Thank you all! Glad to highlight some "new" material.

I would very much appreciate the "monochrome" (B&W) treatment for the Dobrzynski scores, especially the Impromptu and Op. 63 Grand Valse, if possible. Simply amazing work, to me (downloading and re-formatting!)!

Dear musiclife217,
Thanks for your original enquiry, which caused me to stumble upon europeana.eu,
which seems to be a useful search engine for digitised scores hidden away on the
websites of various European libraries.
I looked for those Dobrzynski pieces you mentioned on there, and also on Polona
itself, but unfortunately nothing cropped up.
Regards, Tim.

For a start (some knowledgeable pianophilian may
be able to use peracetic acid on the file...):

Well I never! This morning I did another search,
and found the impromptu straight away.

This is exactly what I posted as a mediafire link above...
(I did some cutting and deleted blanc pages).

I recommend to download directly from the original sites - mainly:

http://jbc.bj.uj.edu.pl/dlibra

Download is much easier and better quality than from Polona -
where I did not manage to download in the original resolution.

Alfor previously posted most of the material, but maybe there is something new
(or you happen to love the lots of Salonmusic which alfor did not post).

I very much appreciate the black & white scans, truly! Thank you! The Europeana site is great and thank you Alfor for pointing out the Jagiellonian library source.

Thank you musiclife217 and Alfor for your observations.
I did try to download from the link, but had no luck,
hence reproducing the PDF from Polona's JPGs.

Soon after having done that, I was nearly the victim
of scam. Someone supposedly from AOL rang, and
said my PC had a virus, which they'd fix remotely, and give
me compensation. Foolishly I gave them my bank details
and nearly lost a VERY VERY large sum of money. Because
of this, I may not be on-line much for several days.
I'm still in a state of shock. :-(
