Many thanks Alfor for the additional Rathaus........a very interesting composer, although finding his piano works can be difficult. Very much appreciated.

I just thought it would be safe to assume that pianophilians
are able to read and understand the word „Search“
(right upper corner of this website).
;)
Best regards, Alfor S. Cans

does anyone know how to pull pieces from Polona.pl? I've been having a confusing amount of trouble. I saw Paderewski's Op. 2 on the site (and nowhere else!) and was trying to pull it for review. Any help or guidance is appreciated!

Enter the Polona website, register via your Facebook, Google, or Twitter account
by clicking on the appropriate icon and agreeing to the terms and conditions,
exit the site, and then re-enter it, which I did it via the Europeana portal.
By doing this, each image can be downloaded as a proper JPEG.
Without registering, all you can save are the crappy PNGs.

This is also taken from Polona - not sure if it's already in circulation.

Two more snippets from Polona - Adam Tarnowski (1817 - 1890).
Let's hope he's not a damn turn-off-ski! :-)
