Alfed, this is quite a surprise to find this Op.16 Rondo in a Kreutzer edition. I must admit to being unfamiliar with this piece (and admit to being unfamiliar with the ronndos in general). So I immediately went searching for the Horowtiz recording of same.
Seems I had a recording of Horowitz performing this that I'd long forgotten.

And Godowsky certainly did work on this piece, but admit to not caring for his arrangment much...Chopin's is quite fine.
Always nice to be introduced to an unfamiliar piece yet am sure most other pf members know it well.
