If you have a song called Mr Hemorrhoids, it would perfectly describe me at present.

Wouldn't surprise me if some fellow sufferer had written one in the past.

and Hemorrhoids Song - if that's any help.
I'm reluctant to give the links, but they're not hard to locate.
