Friedrich Burgmuller's Études de Genre, Op. 109, have just appeared at Gallica for those interested:

Anyone fancy cleaning up this Gallica scan if they're not already on PP - a lot of work in it I'd say!

Émile Prudent's Etudes-Lieder, Op. 60:

Prudent - 60 - Etudes-Lieder (ed.Ricordi).pdf
The quality of the scores in the major french library seems not so good indeed ! Cleaning the Prudent could request hours, and the result would be very poor. Better another one ;)

No, the cleanup of the BNF score cannot be done very well due to the poor quality of the original Escudier copy (I have just uploaded that at IMSLP too). Mine was taken from a better original copy printed by Ricordi, that didn't need any particular cleaning.

Anyone have the piano etudes by Martin Lazare and/or Antonin d'Argenton?
Indeed, anything by Lazare would be great!

Berlin State Library appears to have several Lazare piano works, including Opp.16, 25, 27, 35, and 40,
but unfortunately none of these are piano etudes. This is the link to Op.35:-
