Hi alfor,
using your Medins scan I photoshoped a clean and printable version of this interesting score.
Unf. in the extraction process your first page is lost because your are not using a bitmap or vector/raster-image for this page.
Hope posting your scan without your title is okay for you if not, please, leave me a message and I will remove it.
