Has anyone ever come across, or know of a source from which to purchase, the Sara Buechner Gershwin transcriptions, in particular Let's Call the Whole Thing Off?

Dear alpha,
Sorry but I checked my files and could find nothing of Sara Buechner.... but these transcriptions sound more than intriguing. Let's try and find them!
All Best,
Frank

I was hoping you would reply, because you are credited in the booklet to the Lars Boye Jensen recording of these pieces, so I figured if anyone would have it, it would be you. See www.larsboye.dk/Gershwin.pdf

Dear alpha,
I am more than surprised by the credit to me on the Lars Boye Jensen recording of the Buechner transcriptions. In all honesty I cannot remember what material I contributed to the project! But certainly I've never had any contact with Sara Buechner so I would imagine that Mr. Jensen obtained those transcriptions directly from her, or another person on the credits list. I believe I saw contact information on the CD for Lars Boye Jensen...it might be worth trying an email to him, as he at the very least could point us in the direction of Sara Buechner to purchase scores directly from the source. Some searching on both Jensen and Buechner might prove worthwhile. Again I'm sorry not to have the Buechner transcriptions which I would gladly share (of course with Ms. Buechner's express permission).
All Best,
Frank

Re: School of Syncopation - Jazz, Stride, Novelties & the Li
Hello everyone,
Gung Hei Fat Choi ...
I hesitate to post this set here, but I think it is quite rare and it certainly hasn't been posted here before. I can't find very much information about the composer. The last page refers to "3 Arabian Dances", which strangely I seem to remember actually owning. I can not however find it - overwhelmed by paper and a glitchy computer - so if anyone else has anything by this composer I would be interested to see it again (and more).
Can I also take the opportunity to ask if anyone has anything by Bert Reisfeld (in particular - "Hands across the Border" suite). I had never heard of this until recently when someone asked me if I had it. No, I don't, but my interest is piqued.
I have recently acquired some Frankie Carle and Lee Sims material which hasn't been posted here before. I will upload these in due course.
Thanks and regards,
tobyjj

Ha!
Dani, I can only assume that you downloaded the same file twice - in between me posting it and editing the post when I realised it was duplicated.
I'm impressed - you're fast!

Hi tobyjj,
I have quite a bit of music by Bert Reisfeld and will check my folder for you (providing I can find it!) None of this has been scanned before, and I haven't really seen it around. I obtained it years ago from a sheet music store that was going out of business. Stay tuned & I'll see what I can come up with!
All Best,
Frank
