I've seen on YT (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWqltHXG ... re=related) a Wagner "The rides of the Valkyries" transcription, for eight pianos.
Somebody know of who is the transcription? There mode to recover it?

Another thing; exist any transcription of "The rides of the Valkyries" only for two hands?

Going to the other extreme, there's always the 52 piano version,
played by 103 (= 51x2 + 1x1) pianists (I think).

Artur played this for me when I recorded a concert of his a couple of months ago. It is quite ashtonising, but it really does take alot out of him to play it...

Hello Timtin,

the Cimirro transcription is good, but I don't like too....
Curious and interesting also the 52 piano version; but even this, don't like me much.....

Between all, I still prefer the eight piano transc. (but not much)

Strange that Liszt never wrote a transcript of this piece....
