Rob, thanks for having a go - I think Brian is currently away.

1, 2, and 8 - absolutely correct
3 and 9 - correct initials
6 - think genetically _____ crops/food

Almost all the composers are famous names.

I AM BACK!! (just)
3. Francois Adrien Boieldieu
4. Fred Chopin
5. Frank Martin
6. Georges Migot - genetically modified of course
9. Oscar Strauss
I know nothing about little yellow tractors and I would have thought No.10 was made for Rob, I have no idea what the initials might stand for, could it be RRB Richard Rodney Bennett - Rubber Riding Boots perchance? ... methinks not but me has the right idea.

Actually, 1 is not.

Debussy was A-CD, not C-AD.

One up to Fred, he is absolutely correct on this.
I hasten to add that in my reply to No.6 Georges Migot was genetically modified from Gustav Mahler...or was it the other way round?

Quite a few of the answers aren't necessarily unique, of course.
Other possibles:-
5. Felix Mendelssohn, Malcolm Williamson
9. Othmar Schoeck.

Makes it interesting though doesn't it, incidentally whilst sitting in the bus the answer for the little yellow tractors came to me, not that we have any over here in Holland we use other foreign vehicles with unpronouncable monickers.
No.7 (it was no.7 wasn't it) is J.C.B. which means Johann Christian Bach stand up and take a turn digging the roads up and leaving a mess behind you.
Brian
I'm still leaving No.10 for Rob

I really wanted to produce 10 questions involving 3 initials,
but it wasn't possible, hence the two-ers as well, and a
bit of ambiguity with the answers. Btw, for no.10, I didn't
know this activity had a name, until I looked up a very
famous composer's initials on Google, and then Wikipedia
helpfully explained the wet and messy ins and outs of it!

When I feel the need to develop a new hobby, this could be an option.
(Actually, I already have a WAM fetish, but not this sort!)

Hehe, it looks like Timtin gas found an activity that is a great big secret, or at least will be until he tells us what it is (and how to do it).
I honestly never thought you would know it as you are a very good boy as you keep telling me.
Over to Timtin

Brian
