The title of this album is really Old Fashion Waltzes and none are by Russian composers that I'm aware of [they were all quite popular salon pieces particularly in Britain]:
Ivanovici - Waves of the Danube
Baines - Destiny Waltz
Kuss - Amorous Waltz
