About 10 years ago I managed to track down this arrangement through an interlibrary loan from a university library somewhere in Scotland. I'm still hoping to find someone willing to play this with me, but it appears that I might be rather alone in my admiration for this symphony.
But here it is, please enjoy.

Hi Jan
it's good to see very old friends coming back in their roots.
You are MORE than very welcome here !!!
Thanks for this beautiful forum.
I've sent an e-mail to this guy, so he was kind enough to sent me the score http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4f3YHw3uLTI
if it is not permitted due to copyright issues, then I don't have any objections at all to see it being removed.
(nms) many thanks to Titus.

Here's the four-hands-on-one-piano arrangement of Shebalin's fifth and final symphony, a piece written one year before the composer passed away and dedicated to the memory of his teacher Nikolai Myaskovsky. I believe the arranger is the same G. Zinger whose piano and chamber works we've seen elsewhere in this forum:
Vissarion Yakovlevich SHEBALIN
Symphony no. 5 in C minor, op. 56 (1962) (arr. for 4H-piano by Grigory Zinger, a.k.a. G. Singer)
Hey! Does anyone have entire Prokofiev Symphony No.5 op.100 arr. for Piano 4 hands, made by Anatoly VEDERNIKOV ?!?!
Anybody?! Maybe our Russian Friends? I am looking for this score already for a long time...
