Thank you, 4candles.
My pleasure! :D

An interesting piece - Souvenir de Prade - by Louis-Albert Bourgault-Ducoudray has today been uploaded to Gallica at the following link:

Still waiting for my three Forgues pieces to be digitised...

My interest was piqued by a set of 'etudes et morceaux symphoniques' for piano by the author.

Here are a couple of pieces by Membrée, the first an original piece and the latter a fantasy transcription on one of his works by Wilhelm Krüger.

Thank you, 4Candles.
I had never heard of Edmond Membrée, whose provincial life is narrated in a thin book :

His main title for glory was the ballad-song Page Ecuyer Capitaine, as confirmed by the adaptation made by Krüger.

Desperately seeking Ravel's Gaspard, edited by Japanese pianist....actually Perlemuter edition.....

It was published in 2003....... Out of print now, and no longer available even with the publisher. I made a trip to Japan and failed to even find them at the famous Kanda shop.....

to enhance our Chaminade collection, I think that this her piano transcription of Op. 37 - Callirhoe, featuring her famous Scarf Dance, is long overdue.

Play, record, enjoy! Feel free to combine the files, etc.
