The Meumann pieces are a very nice fine indeed, and I like the polonaise quite a bit. The Guéroult piece is the first one I've ever seen where the tempo changes are indexed in the PDF.

Does anyone have anything by Adolphe Botte that isn't on Gallica? (I think he may have been French, despite the Germanic-sounding name.)
My interest was piqued by a set of 'etudes et morceaux symphoniques' for piano by the author.

Here are a couple of pieces by Membrée, the first an original piece and the latter a fantasy transcription on one of his works by Wilhelm Krüger.

I had never heard of Edmond Membrée, whose provincial life is narrated in a thin book :

His main title for glory was the ballad-song Page Ecuyer Capitaine, as confirmed by the adaptation made by Krüger.

Desperately seeking Ravel's Gaspard, edited by Japanese pianist....actually Perlemuter edition.....

It was published in 2003....... Out of print now, and no longer available even with the publisher. I made a trip to Japan and failed to even find them at the famous Kanda shop.....
