The concerto was never actually posted on Pianophilia. The manuscript score was discovered at the BnF by a colleague and PP member, who was able to obtain a copy after considerable difficulty. Through the private support of various members of this forum, the copy finally reached Mike Spring at Hyperion and the rest is history, as they say.

The score has now been published by Symétrie of Lyon(s), France:
