I uploaded the first 6pp to pdf2go.com to OCR the Russian text, and then ran the output through Google translate, with a few tweaks. The most interesting translated sections I have inserted into the document. Sections on costumes, hairpieces etc have simply been indicated with translated headings.

Porters are boarding the carriage. Locomotive whistle. The train is leaving. ...

Arrival of the train to its destination. Passengers, saying goodbye to each other, disperse. Lieutenant lingers on the platform. He is at his home station, a premonition of a meeting with a beloved girl.

A switch-girl comes out of the railway booth, she is waiting her beloved to return from the front. Meeting and the joy of a date. His friends learn about the lieutenant's arrival. They come to meet him, greet and congratulate him on the victory, etc. returning home.

General jubilation and fun.

Please be advised that I've uploaded another Mariya Sagradova's transcription in the thread 4 hands on ONE piano.

An early Alexander Tsfasman work Tsyganskaia Vengerka - Hungarian Gypsy (1927) , a czardas contemporaneous with his early jazz piece Savoy Blues.
