Who is this E. Frank? Who wrote at least 2 piano concertos?

2:41:07 -- E. Franck: Piano Concerto No. 1 in D Minor (Fawzi Haimor/Georg Michael Grau/Wurttemberg Philharmonic Orchestra Reutlingen)
3:21:47 -- E. Franck: Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Major (Fawzi Haimor/Georg Michael Grau/Wurttemberg Philharmonic Orchestra Reutlingen)

His piano trio no. 4 seems interesting

Does anyone happen to have the sonata 27 April 1956, by Karl Amadeus Hartmann?

It should be public domain by now in most countries, yet IMSLP seems to not have had the Sonata uploaded.

Hi everyone, I just discovered a Barcarolle by the composer Adolph Gutmann here:

I believe the performer gets some of his scores from the Pianophilia website, and I searched the archives for the sheet music for this piece to no avail. I'm sure it's buried somewhere. Can someone please point me to it? Thanks.
