Russian & Soviet Piano Music - Part 1

The majority of composers in this thread will relate either to the Jurgenson/Bessel publishing houses which were later absorbed into the State Publishing House during the Soviet period [and its later related branches including Soviet Composer, Muzyka etc]. This thread will cover all miscellaneous composers - the aim to create interest in a number of lesser known composers beyond the likes of Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, prokofiev etc. It will represent composers who are termed "Russian or Soviet" yet their country of birth, or death, may be outside expected parametres. I've used Ho & Feofanov's "Biographical Dictionary of Russian/Soviet Composers" as the defining source where possible.
Biographical information and related works list of these composers can now be found in the Encyclopaedia of Russian & Soviet Piano Music which is located in the "Information & Literature" section.
My thanks to the other scanners who contributed to this original thread.
