BnF holds a bunch of his scores, but none of them appear to be digitized at this time. Anyone know if they take requests?

Hi Jim
The BnF absolutely take requests. All you need to do is find the score you're after in their catalogue (http://catalogue.bnf.fr/jsp/recherchemo ... =catalogue), click through to it and on the very right hand side click on the little button that says 'Achetez une reproduction' and follow the instructions.
It is cheaper to request 'whole document' rather than pages xx to xx.

Alexandre Billet was a pianist and composer born in Russia from French parents. He attended the Paris Conservatoire in the class of Zimmermann. He played in many countries, including Paris around 1830-1850, and he was considered as a rival of Liszt with whom however he worked and played (in particular in Geneva). Here is a nocturne.
