Re: Russian & Soviet Composers - Part 3
Hi, dear members.
I'm now looking for Samuil Feinberg's rare works.
I found these works in Berlin State Library.

http://musikipac.staatsbibliothek-berli ... 1&cop=:osy
(Piano concerto No.3, rhapsody on kabardino-balkarian themes)
But, I don't live in Germany. So. I don't know how can i get the copy in my country.
Can anybody help me?

no chance to get copies of Feinberg or Eiges from SBB! They strictly regard the German terms of copyright. NO problem if you are willing to wait until 2020 (Eiges) resp. 2032 (Feinberg).
Best regards, Alfor S. Cans

Re: Russian & Soviet Composers - Part 3
With Isokani's permission, and especially for Sernov, Dani_area_51, Alfor and all those that hungry for Konstantin Eiges. This will be one of several postings of works by the composer - but, sorry, will not include the two sonatas and Op 2 Kukushka pending the release of Isokani's CD of piano music by Eiges (but will post these once I have Isokani's permission]. Something to look forward to later in the year.
Konstantin Romanovich Eiges Born 1875, Bogodukhov, Kharkiv district, Ukraine: died 1950, Moscow. Pianist, teacher and composer. He was the father of Oleg Eiges. Studied at the Moscow Conservatoire from 1900-1905, studying with Ippolitov-Ivanov, Taneyev and Yaroshevsky. Held various teaching and research positions, concertized and contibuted musical articles to various Soviet newspapers and journals. He also wrote his reminiscences about Rachmaninov and Taneyev. As a composer continued the traditions of his teachers and of Scriabin.
