Ernesto A. L. Coop (1802-79). Italian composer but unfortunately I do not know much else. A small works list is included on the front of the score.

My sincere thanks also for the wonderful Giuseppe Martucci scores. I had already downloaded everything there was at IMSLP (which was mostly your contribution as well), and these additional later opus scores look to be extremely interesting and a lot of fun to play as well.
