It's on this rare Melodiya Vinyl, performed by Iharev himself (I don't have Vinyl player, so no buy).

Ponchielli's famous music from La Gioconda arranged by Max Hirschfeld (no bio info found on this guy, probably a staff arranger at Edward B. Marks?).

Thanks for this interesting arrangement. Here's a rather pedestrian arrangement that I've had forever--I never bothered to scan it as it seems to come directly from the opera VS: I don't see the VS on IMSLP, so here's the Dance.
