For ease Op 19 & 20 attached.

Nothing after Op 21 but there are a handful of songs (with no opus) and the non-opus 'A la mazurka', mentioned previously.

Apparently even the descendant of Fontana has been unable to locate copies of Op 3 & 4.

Does anybody know where I may be able to find Op. 28, 52, 55 and 58 of Ludomir Różycki's works?

Just surprised. Ignacy Feliks Dobrzyński - Piano Concerto in A-flat major, Op.2 (1824) should be out of any copyright, by any jurisdiction. just curious.

Not if it has been published only recently.

Copyright also pertains to editing, engraving etc. So recent editions are in copyright.
