Re: Polish Composers
Some more Statkowski via Jan at Acte Prealable [for those interested, these have been recorded by the same company - there are two volumes current available of piano music by Statkowski]:
Prelude
Op 12 Trois Morceaux
Op 33 Toccata
I am uncertain whether the prelude is a stand-alone piece or one from the Op 37 set ?

Re: Polish Composers
Sigmund Stojowski (1869-1946) hopefuly needs little introduction to members of this site, and for those interested in his life, and a more detailed works list, should look at this Polish Music site.......a fascinating glimpse into his life and compositions.
http://www.usc.edu/dept/polish_music/PM ... owski.html
This first exploration of his music covers the piano works from Op 1 to 16. Op 3 [Piano Concerto] is available on the IMSLP site so I have not uploaded it here. Alas I do not have the Op 6 arrangement. Most of these are my scans [I think....the bulk are mine as I scanned them......but couple may have been submitted by other members], apologies if I'm wrong and hence thanks to the original scanner who ever you may be.
Just to note, a number of works attributed from Op 23 through to Op 38 can also be found on the IMSLP website. I will fill the remaining gaps where I can, but unfortunately I do not have every piano work by the composer [of course, other members are more than welcomed to upload anything I do no have - I'll mention those missing pieces in part 2].
I shall upload part 2 on Stojowski shortly covering the remaining works I hold.

Re: Polish Composers
Hi Malcolm,
Do you happen to have scanned numbers 1 & 2 from op.8? At IMSLP is only available the third piece from that opus.
Thanks.

I hadn't checked to see if the ISMLP file was complete. Yes, I do have a complete Op 8 and have now added it above.

Stojowski - part 2
As you will have seen above, a vast number of Stojowski works are now available through IMSLP - hopefully I have filled most gaps in the earlier opus numbers, and to follow are a few more works not covered by IMSLP: Op 19 [nos 1,2 ], Op 35 & Op 42 and the Lullaby [no opus]. Some of the non-opus works were published, but the vast majority remain in manuscript held in the Stojowski archive [which I think is based in New York].
Alas I do not have Op 39, 41 & 43 - I had started to pursue copies through the French National Library back in late August but then the ownership of Pianophilia cropped up and I forgot to follow-up on them. If anyone does have copies I would love to see them shared since I suspect the Bibliotheque Nationale will no doubt be as expensive as the British Library ! Otherwise I will try to rekindle my attempts to locate the remaining works.
I am uncertain whether these are my scans or someones else - and I owe a hard copy of Op 35 so think that one is mine, nonetheless my thanks to who ever scanned the originals.
