Thank you Tim, but it seems that your version is not complete. I believe I had already posted the enclosed complete version on the former PiPhi (not a very good scan indeed and your version may help filling the few missing notes of my version).

Yes, it proves it was quite popular at a time. Many piano rolls have recorded it, but not many CDs. Maybe this one :
