Walter Carroll (1869-1955), prominent Manchester music educationalist and composer.
IMSLP has two albums:” In Southern Seas” and “Seas Idylls”.
Some other scores will be much appreciated.

I have 3 Carroll scores here, In Southern Seas, Sea Idylls, and Water Sprites,
which I thought I'd all scanned for Pianophilia a few years ago. However, if I'm
wrong, I'll scan Water Sprites shortly.

Tim, you did share Sea Idylls indeed, but I do not find Water Sprites in my files, although the name seems familiar to me.

My filing system is as disorganised as me, so it's hard to know what's been done and what hasn't.
With the initials WC, it's not too surprising that Carroll gave his works watery titles!
I'll stick this file on IMSLP shortly, along with its delightful colour cover.

Because the above score has Copyright USA 1923 printed
at the bottom of its first page, it's blocked on IMSLP!

ilu wrote:I am very interested in Harry Farjeon’s piano pieces.
As far as I know, these are piano scores:
• Introduction and fugue, E minor
• The Ballet of the Trees
• From the Three-Cornered Kingdom
• The Four Winds
• Peter Pan Sketches
• Tone-Pictures (four books)
• Twilight Pieces
• Venetian Idylls
Any new post will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

As a very belated response to Ilu, I am planning to scan and post several Farjeon scores which don't seem to have appeared on PP yet.
First off, his Op.18, The Four Winds
Farjeon Op.18 The Four Winds.pdf
