The link below would let you download the entire 60-page Philipp score if you're affiliated with certain member libraries. Otherwise, they limit you to downloading one page at a time. So I pulled out just the Faure.You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Anyone looking for a real pianistic workout should look out the 6 Konzert-Etüden, Op.28, by Max Jentsch.
They have all now been digitized in Berlin on my request, and are now downloadable on IMSLP. Number 4 in particular looks eye-wateringly difficult.
