Most Armenian composers seem to have an abundance of Western transliterations, so if one doesn't work, try the Cyrillic or Armenian name and reverse search from that under all the possibilities. IMSLP composer pages usually list many of these, so searching there first is a good strategy.
There is a piece under Chukhadzhyan, in an Armenian Dance collection on this site. There may be others where the index has not been translated. Good luck!

Eduard Gazarov (1936 Baku - 1996 Israel) was born into the family of a mathematics teacher who played the tar, domra and guitar well. The first lessons under the guidance of his father were on the domra from the age of 7 - and on the accordion with the composer V.V. Bekolnikov. Since the age of 16 he was accordionist at Azgosestrada. In 1977 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Conservatory, composer faculty (class of Gara Garayev). Since 1968 he was the head of the song and dance ensemble of the Baku Air Defense District, where he also performed as a soloist on the accordion.
Since 1973 he was teacher, head of department and leader of the accordion orchestra at the Central Music School named after Sharoeva. He took an active part in the Artsakh movement. He was author of about 500 original compositions, including one for solo accordion and orchestra. The professional accordionist was also the author of symphonies, cantatas, plays, music for dramatic performances and other pieces of music, dance suites, about 400 songs. Among them
3 symphonies, including "Karabakh" (1977)
3 ballets: “Daughter of Artsakh - Ruzanna” (1986); "Poem about Gyumri" (1988, words by G. Vanyan); "Ruzan" (based on the play of the same name by Muratsan)
The beautiful valse which I attached contains some engraving errors, so use some common sense. The biggest error is the measure after 63, where the figure starting with "bcabg...ge" should be deleted. But even with that amendment something is off there.
