Re: French Piano Music
You are right about the opus numbers. Comes of getting old.
I have just been checking out all of the Chaminade I have put on and found I had doubled up.
Saves me a lot of scanning though.
Peter.

Re: French Piano Music
Is there an available scan of Chaminade's opus 165 Nocturne? Blocked on IMSLP.

Hello Peter.liveforpiano wrote:The final piece that I have scanned is Opus 110 Novelette.
I have 14 more pieces to scan and for your information here are the opus numbers of those.
134-136-140-144-145-146-149-151-162-163-164-166-168 and 169.
Best wishes to all.
Peter.
op.162 Gavotte not posted yet - I checked. This would be very welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Georgio

Peter,
Many thanks again for that last batch of Chaminade. This is extremely well received.

Re: French Piano Music
Jim, you are in luck. Here is the nocturne you asked about.
Unfortunately with the 5th Gavotte I was just going to scan it and found it incomplete,
I only have four pages but that is not the end of the work. I am sorry.

Re: French Piano Music
The last Chaminade tonight.
This is called Portrait and is a transcription of a Valse Chantee.
At the moment this is all I know.
