Tbh, some of those glissandi are more tricky to play than expected,
because they double in speed half way down the scale.

Btw, Mozart wrote Minuets and Dances, not Waltzes, so anything
like this is unlikely to be by him, imo.

Well, it could have been written by Mozart under a different title, though. Sometimes, it is a transcription made by another arranger/composer.
Most young pianists have learnt the so-called "favourite waltz", which is a transcription of KV606 n°1, 6 Ländlerische Tänze.
And some publishers cast doubt :

Tbh, one has to look quite hard to find any links between them,
and K600 is almost always referred to as 6 German Dances. So why
UE used the word Waltzes in their piano score isn't entirely clear.

Two other works that mention the word Waltz as part of their
infrequently used alternative titles are the Phantasie für eine
Orgelwalze K608, and the Andante für eine Walze in eine kleine
Orgel K616, according to Köchel's Thematic Catalogue.

Here's a nice collection of short teaching pieces edited by Denes Agay that I found on archive.org and converted to B&W: The World of Modern Piano Music. Most composers are well-known but there are a few that are less familiar. Though not specifically targeted toward children, I don't see a more suitable section in which to upload this - feel free to relocate it if necessary.
