Thank you gentlemen - I have cleared about 400 of the 900 scores available on the Georgian site but as I said 95% are vocal works, with the odd handful of piano, instruemntal and orchestral works. I will post all the piano works - and can eventually also look at the instrumental and orchestral works as well. However, if there is something that is of specific interest then contact me (personal message or e-mail), and I can send you via e-mail. In all cases the scores are very large file sizes, and I am grateful to Parag who has reduced these so I can post on Pianophilia.
Our next composer is Tariel Lukich Bakradze. Georgian composer. Born 1922/23 in Tbilisi : died 1997, same. In 1944 he graduated from the Tbilisi Medical Institute, and in 1953 from the Tbilisi Conservatory - composition class with Tuscia. From 1948, was a research assistant and from 1961 worked at the Epidemiology Department of Medical Parasitology and Tropical Medicine Centre. Doctor of Medicine (1968), Professor (1971). From 1953-1961 taught at the Central Music School in Tbilisi.
This album consists of two works for the young - translation of titles below.

Another Georgian composer from said site: Eleonora Grigoryevna Eksanishvili. Born 1919, Tbilisi: died 2003, same. She graduated from the Tbilisi Conservatoire in 1940 as a pianist and later in 1945 as a composer, after studying with Balanchivadze and Ryazanov. Following post-grad work with Goldenveizer at the Moscow Conservatoire (1950), she joined the faculty of the Tbilisi Conservatoire in 1953.

Meri Shalvovna Davitashvili. Born 1924, Tbilisi : died 2014. Georgian Composer. Graduated in piano studies 1941 from the Kutaisi Music College and later in 1946 at the Tbilisi Conservatoire [composition class with Balanchivadze]. From 1968, she served as the Secretary of the Union of Composers of the GSPC.
I have posted a selection of her piano works from the Georgian site (and special thanks to Parag as always), and the two piano version of her Fantasia for piano & orchestra.
