Maybe someone knows if Edwin Fischer published his own edition/transcription of the Bach-Marcelo Adagio?

Re: Bach - Hyphenated
One of the most elusive pieces that I'm looking for is a Bach-hyphenated one:
Bach-Wolf (Winfried) - Adagio and Fugue from the first violin sonata BWV 1001, piano transcription.
[Winfried Wolf (1900-1982)]
I asked Boosey & Hawkes for it, but no luck ("Unfortunately, no retail edition of this work is available, and the Boosey & Hawkes Bote & Bock team have not yet been able to find a copy in their master’s file.")
Many thanks in advance.

According to his bio, he was a professor at the Mozarteum. Perhaps their library holds his scores?Pianoman wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 1:32 pm One of the most elusive pieces that I'm looking for is a Bach-hyphenated one:

Re: Bach - Hyphenated
I was just wondering if more Theodore Szántó (Tivadar Szántó) transcriptions would ever see the daylight...
Such as:
Bach / Theodor Szanto : Prelude & Fugue in C major, BWV 531 [Harmonie]
Bach / Theodor Szanto : Prelude & Fugue in G minor, BWV 535 [Kahnt]
Bach / Theodor Szanto : Prelude in E minor, BWV 555
Bach / Theodor Szanto : Toccata in C major, BWV 564 [Harmonie]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And of course, Gino Tagliapietra
Bach / Gino Tagliapietra : Passacaglia & Fugue in C minor, BWV 582, transcribed for piano duo [Ricordi]
Bach / Gino Tagliapietra : 11 Chorale Preludes from the Little Organ Book, transcribed for piano duo

Bach / Theodor Szanto : Prelude & Fugue in G minor, BWV 535 [Kahnt]

Re: Bach - Hyphenated
Many thanks Emma! Much appreciated!
And after the Theodore Szanto transcription, Alexander Siloti came along and made some changes to the Prelude only.

Eleonor Bindman has a forthcoming album ABSOLUTE of Lute Suites BWV 996-998 transcribed for pianobingo wrote: ↑Wed Mar 17, 2021 2:22 amThere are some on the Mutopia site from Bach-Gesellschaft Edition 1879 Band 42: https://www.mutopiaproject.org/cgibin/m ... =&preview=
It's also worthwhile keeping an eye on Eleonor Bindman's site as she is turning out new Bach transcriptions all the time: https://eleonorbindman.com/transcriptions/

As with her other Bach transcription recordings, I imagine an edition of sheet music will appear with it: https://eleonorbindman.com/shop/
