(25 August 1897 – 14 August 1956)

says his early style was influenced by romanticism, and later neo classical, which i like as well. Didn't get any hits on PP for this and Dr. Google is stumped.

Jaroslav Řídký, (25 August 1897 – 14 August 1956)

From Grove:
(b Liberec, 25 Aug 1897; d Poděbrady, 14 Aug 1956). Czech composer and teacher. At the Prague Conservatory he studied with Jirák, Foerster and Křička (1919–23), continuing his training in Foerster’s masterclasses in 1926. He worked as harpist of the Czech PO (1924–38) and conductor of the Czech Philharmonic Choir (1925–30), but his most important activity was in teaching composition at the Prague Conservatory and Academy of Music (1929–56), where he was appointed professor in 1955; in the previous year he had received the K. Gottwald State Prize. Řídký’s music is in the tradition of Dvořák: lyrical, folklike in its melody and finely crafted.

If members are unable to share this piece (and really should ask them to contact you privately because any score by Hlavac would still be covered by copyright, as the composer only died in 2008). I did a quick check on WorldCat and it listed 3 libraries with this work: Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris, German National Library in Leipzig or the University Library in Dresden. However, again because of copyright, I would be very surprised if they would allow copies. However, I also checked the Czech Music Information Centre and you can purchase a copy of the score for a very reasonable price (see link below). Might be your best option if you are keen to acquire this work.
