Might be worth trying the Czech Music Information Centre, first for information on this piece (stand alone piece or from a collection of pieces)...........and secondly, they have pages of scores by Hurnik (just checked), where you can purchase copies of his music.

the word "purchase" - at least not in connection with sheet music...
