Hello to all,
it has been a long time that this "The Rag Thread" wasn't updated.
Some of you even know me, others not. My name is Adrien Le Gallo i'm a german/french passionated of Ragtime music living in Germany.
i specialized in European Dance music and collected a lot of music. Such names like Ernst Fischer, Erich Plessow or Lothar Perl should be common to some of you.
i'm still working on American music and just fell on Mel B. Kaufman. Checking out my originals to select sheets with nice covers to frame them, like "It's A Bird" (1917) or "Frisky" (1919), i searched all online sources for digitized pieces from Kaufman. i'm only interested in instrumental versions/pieces.
Here the list i got for available pieces, my originals included:
Bing! Bing! (1915)
Bing Bing (1924) written in another key like the self-publised version of 1915, published by Robbins Music Co.
C. O. D. (Come On Dance) (1916)
Frisky (1919)
Good Scout (1915)
Introduce Me (1916)
It's A Bird (1917)
Listen To This (1916)

More Candy (1917)
Step With Pep (1916)
Umbrellas To Mend (1917)
Taxi (1919)
Yah-De-Dah (1917)
Everyone should know Bill Edwards website, there are much more pieces excisting from Kaufman.
